InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C. Granted Full UAE Ministry of Finance eInvoicing Service Provider Accreditation
Ajman Free Zone-based company completes the final stage of the UAE accreditation pathway and goes live on the FTA EmaraTax portal, inviting businesses to begin piloting ahead of the mandatory rollout
InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C., a UAE-based eInvoicing service provider headquartered in Ajman Free Zone, has been granted full accreditation by the UAE Ministry of Finance to provide electronic invoicing services within the State. The accreditation was granted under Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025 and is recorded under Accreditation No. 184465, effective 1 July 2026 and valid for two years to 1 July 2028.
Full accreditation (Article 16) is the final stage of the Ministry's accreditation pathway. It follows the company's pre-approval on 4 May 2026 and the successful completion of the full technical certification programme, including Tax Data Reporting production testing against the Federal Tax Authority. The accreditation authorises InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C. to onboard end users, exchange electronic invoices, and report Tax Data to the Federal Tax Authority.
InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C. has been listed as an Accredited Service Provider on the FTA EmaraTax portal since 21 June 2026 — ahead of the national pilot that began on 1 July 2026. UAE taxpayers can now select InvoiceNow biz - F.Z.C (ASP ID 184465) directly from the list of Accredited Service Providers in EmaraTax and proceed to onboard for eInvoicing.
The UAE's eInvoicing programme is a central pillar of the country's digital transformation agenda, designed to modernise B2B transactions, strengthen VAT compliance, and bring greater transparency to the financial ecosystem. Built on the Peppol 5-corner DCTCE model and aligned with international interoperability standards, the framework enters its pilot phase in July 2026, with a phased mandatory rollout from January 2027.
The company is led by founders with direct Peppol experience from European markets, where its CEO Manjeet Yadav previously served as Product Manager for Peppol-based eInvoicing solutions across the BeNeFra region (Belgium, Netherlands, France) between 2016 and 2021. InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C. is affiliated with Suma Technology Services LLP, an ISO 27001:2022-certified eInvoicing and Peppol services organisation, giving UAE clients access to delivery capability grounded in multi-market regulatory experience.
With accreditation now in place and its platform live on EmaraTax, InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C. is inviting UAE businesses to begin piloting eInvoicing today, ahead of the phased mandatory rollout.
“Earning full accreditation from the Ministry of Finance is a milestone for our team and for the UAE businesses we serve. We are already live on the EmaraTax portal, and we are inviting companies to start piloting with us now — so they are ready and confident well before the mandate takes effect. This builds on my own Peppol journey since 2012 and my ongoing work in the OpenPeppol community, including its Governance Reform Task Force and Critical Infrastructure Workgroup.”
— Manjeet Yadav, Founder and CEO, InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C.
