Sub-processor List

This list identifies the sub-processors InvoiceNow Biz F.Z.C. ("InvoiceNow Biz" or "ASP") engages to process personal data on the Customer's behalf in connection with the electronic invoicing and related services (the "Services"), in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum. ASP remains fully responsible for its sub-processors and imposes data-protection obligations on each no less protective than those in the DPA. ASP will update this list and give the Customer a reasonable opportunity to object to material additions before they take effect.

Additional sub-processors, if engaged, will be listed on this page on notice; in particular, where ASP later introduces AI-assisted features, any sub-processor engaged for them will be added here before it takes effect. For the avoidance of doubt, self-hosted components operated by ASP or its group (for example, the identity service) are not third-party sub-processors, and tools used solely for ASP's own internal or business-administration purposes (such as development tooling, billing and customer-relationship management, where ASP does not process Customer Data through them or acts as controller) are not sub-processors of Customer Data under this list.
Notification of changes
ASP notifies Customers of new or replacement sub-processors by updating this page and, where required by Applicable Law or the DPA, in advance, so that the Customer may exercise any right to object.
