UAE Service Providers carry three mandatory insurance policies under Article 15 of MD 64/2025. Here is what each policy covers:

Professional Indemnity

Covers errors, omissions, and professional negligence in the delivery of e-invoicing services as required under Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025.

Cyber Liability

Covers data breach response, regulatory fines and notifications, and business interruption arising from cyber incidents affecting client data we process.

Crime

Covers fraudulent acts including employee dishonesty, computer fraud, and funds-transfer fraud — protecting client data and financial flows passing through our platform.
